We believe and invest in local communities. By working with community leaders and local investors, our team is able to reinvigorate neighborhoods. We transcend our vision through our properties, providing the community with magnificent, reliable homes.

Our MissionS

At ROCK Development, we have four missions that are critical to our vision of helping neighborhoods:

  • Identify and acquire distressed and underutilized property
  • Create a platform for investors to securely and passively invest in real estate
  • Cultivate lasting partnerships with all of our investors, contractors and associates
  • Give back to the communities in which we live and work

Big Brothers Big Sisters

Big Brothers Big Sisters

For more than 100 years, Big Brothers Big Sisters has operated under the belief that inherent in every child is the ability to succeed and thrive in life. As the nation’s largest donor and volunteer supported mentoring network, Big Brothers Big Sisters makes meaningful, monitored matches between adult volunteers (“Bigs”) and children (“Littles”), ages 6 through 18, in communities across the country. We develop positive relationships that have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of young people.
